This position is suitable for ECTS and experienced teachers.

We are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Watford to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Drama Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and creative lessons that foster confidence, collaboration, and a love for the performing arts.

• Plan and deliver high-quality Drama lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Encourage creativity, performance skills, and critical thinking.
• Prepare students for GCSE Drama assessments and performances.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities, including school productions and clubs.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policies.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4 level.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A passion for the performing arts and student development.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
