This is a full‑time, on‑site Close Protection Principle Trainer role based in Watford. The role involves delivering comprehensive training programs related to close protection operations, developing course materials, and mentoring trainees. Trainers will focus on educating learners in the principles of public safety, defensive tactics, and counter‑intelligence while ensuring adherence to industry standards and SIA guidelines. Additional responsibilities include evaluating trainee performance and contributing to continuous development of training programs.

• Experience in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, or Counterintelligence
• Training skills, including instructional techniques and curriculum development
• Knowledge of Public Safety and procedures for handling emergencies
• Proficiency in best practices of security operations and close protection principles
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities
• SIA accreditation and certification as a trainer
• Experience in the security or close protection field is an advantage
