Stanborough Secondary School is seeking a dynamic Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team.

• Lead on key aspects of the curriculum and support whole‑school strategy
• Oversee and develop extracurricular provision
• Monitor teaching quality, assessments and homework systems
• Engage and support parents, including leading parents’ evenings
• Drive a culture of excellence throughout the school
• Uphold robust safeguarding practices and undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Headteacher to support whole‑school priorities and student wellbeing
