Stanborough Secondary School is seeking a dynamic Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team.
Responsibilities- Lead on key aspects of the curriculum and support whole‑school strategy
- Oversee and develop extracurricular provision
- Monitor teaching quality, assessments and homework systems
- Engage and support parents, including leading parents’ evenings
- Drive a culture of excellence throughout the school
- Uphold robust safeguarding practices and undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Headteacher to support whole‑school priorities and student wellbeing
