Job Role Psychology Graduate Mental Health Assistant, Watford

Providing 1:1 support and working with small groups of students to promote emotional wellbeing and engagement in learning.
Supporting pupils with SEMH needs, anxiety, trauma, ASD, ADHD, and other additional learning needs.
Building positive relationships with students and acting as a trusted role model within the school environment.
Assisting students in developing emotional regulation, coping strategies, resilience, and social skills.
Supporting behaviour management strategies and promoting a positive learning environment.
Working alongside teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure students receive appropriate support.
