A welcoming secondary school in Watford is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by helping them build confidence, independence, and academic skills.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students in Watford both in the classroom and through one-to-one and small group interventions, helping them stay engaged and succeed in their learning environment.

Key Responsibilities - SEN Teaching Assistant in Watford

  • Provide in-class, 1:1, and small group support for students with MLD
  • Support students with literacy, numeracy, and structured learning tasks
  • Assist teachers in delivering adapted and accessible lessons
