This primary school is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PPA Primary Teacher to join their team. As a PPA Teacher, you will work across various year groups, delivering inspiring lessons and covering other teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time.

- Collaborate with class teachers to ensure a smooth transition during PPA periods, utilizing comprehensive planning and resources.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing individualised feedback and support to promote continuous improvement.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies, fostering a positive and respectful classroom environment.
- Work closely with the school's leadership team and colleagues, participating in regular staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with relevant experience in primary education.
- A thorough understanding of the national curriculum, including effective teaching techniques and assessment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, enabling efficient planning and delivery of lessons.
- A positive and flexible attitude towards working in a team, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the school's vision.
