Curriculum Coordinator in Hair & Beauty Campus WDEZ

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the School of Hair and Beauty for a part-time Curriculum Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be required to work with the Head of School to plan, organise and co-ordinate the curriculum. You will need to build strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external organisations such as employers so all parties can work together to provide outstanding teaching, learning and assessments.

You will inspire the development of innovative approaches to curriculum delivery, ensuring that challenging targets are set and achieved for recruitment, retention, and success of students against national target grades. You will also assist with the induction, mentoring and development of new staff and support the continuous development of the existing team.

You will ensure high levels of quality are maintained by supporting the delivery and design of curriculum to meet the guidelines set by the awarding bodies; ensuring students gain the skills needed for further and higher education, or meaningful employment.

You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and external agencies, so good communication skills and a commitment to the Colleges standards and values are essential. We are looking for a proactive and positive individual capable of working with staff across the College.

This role is 15 hours per week, based at the Watford Campus. The closing date for applications is Wednesday 1st July 2026.
