Job DescriptionParkgate Junior School is a vibrant two‑form entry Junior School located at Southwold Road, Watford, Hertfordshire (WD24 7DN
). We are looking for a Pastoral Lead to join our busy team.
Details: Pay: H6;
Start date:
As soon as possible;
Position:
Term‑time only, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, until July 2027 with the possibility of becoming permanent.
- Inspire and support pupils in Key Stage 2.
- Establish, develop and oversee internal alternative provisions for children unable to access mainstream classes.
- Support pupils with a range of needs, including cognition and learning challenges, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) support.
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and highly resilient Pastoral Lead to fill this role.
