Lecturers in Maths

Overview

The West Herts College Group is currently seeking dynamic, self‑motivated, and experienced Maths Lecturers to work as part of the College’s dedicated Maths team.

• Deliver, develop and prepare Stepping Stones and GCSE qualifications.
• Use creative and adaptable approaches to support students across varying levels.
• Provide individual and team support to vocational staff, aiding the embedding of maths into vocational courses.
• Support the diagnostic process and work with students at a variety of levels.
• Contribute to the quality process by producing outstanding and innovative schemes of work, lesson plans and individual learning plans.

• Significant experience teaching maths.
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent teaching skills.
• Ability to work across all West Herts College Group campuses.

• Full-time role (37 hours per week) with training and development opportunities.
