LT Selection is recruiting a Learner Engagement Officer for the Watford Centre. The role is full-time and permanent, with a hybrid work pattern (1–2 days at the local training centre).
You will build relationships with learners and employers, support progression, and conduct regular reviews to help apprenticeship success. Experience in education or apprenticeships is welcomed; full training will be provided.
