• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inspiring lessons.
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to build confidence and boost learning.
• Adapt activities and learning resources to meet the needs of all children.
• Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, happy, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Celebrate children s achievements and support their social and emotional development.
