The Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage
4. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing 1:1 and small group support for students, including those with Special Educational Needs.
Delivering targeted academic intervention programmes to help students reach their potential.
Assisting teachers within the classroom to ensure all learners are engaged and supported.
Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and independent learning.

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate (any subject considered
A passion for working with young people and helping them succeed.
Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
Experience working with children or young people (formal or informal) is beneficial, but not essential.
