Working as part of a collaborative and experienced school team, you will coordinate daily cover arrangements, manage supply staff, and foster strong relationships with teachers, leadership, and external staff. The school is looking for a manager who is committed to maintaining high standards of behaviour and academic continuity while supporting pupil wellbeing.

• Coordinate and manage daily timetable cover effectively to ensure continuity of education across the school.
• Organise, brief, and support supply staff and cover supervisors upon arrival.
• Create a well-managed, calm, and inclusive environment that supports every child's learning.
• Monitor attendance, absence records, and cover allocation using school management systems.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, supply staff, and leadership colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider school community through administrative organisation and school events.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible operational outcomes for all children.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing across covered classes.

• Holds relevant experience working within a school administration, cover supervision, or management role.
• Demonstrates exceptional organisational, administrative, and time-management skills.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage staff effectively.
• Has strong behavior management skills and a calm, authoritative presence.
• Is passionate about supporting a smooth, nurturing, and effective learning environment.
• Promotes inclusive practices and supports the needs of every child and staff member.
• Has a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
