, seeking a dedicated MFL specialist to join their successful and collaborative department.

The successful candidate will teach students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 where appropriate. You will play an important role in developing students language skills, cultural awareness and confidence in communication
, delivering engaging and purposeful lessons that inspire a genuine interest in languages.

Whether you are an experienced MFL Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is an excellent opportunity to develop your teaching career within a supportive school environment.

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Modern Foreign Languages lessons across Key Stages 3 5, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Plan and deliver lessons that develop students speaking, listening, reading and writing skills
  .
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.
• Encourage students to develop an appreciation of different languages, cultures and global perspectives
  .
• Establish positive relationships with students and maintain effective classroom management.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within the MFL department to contribute to a successful and engaging curriculum.
• Encourage students to become confident, independent and motivated language learners
  .
• Support students of all abilities to achieve their full academic potential.
• A degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related subject
  , alongside Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching MFL at secondary level, with the ability to deliver engaging lessons across different year groups.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with students.
• A genuine passion for language learning, cultural education and student development
  .
• Strong communication, organisation and planning skills.
• The ability to motivate and inspire learners of all abilities
  .
