Job Title: Health and Social Care Tutor - Watford

Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

About the Role /

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Tutor to deliver exceptional training and support to students, ensuring they achieve their educational goals. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of learners while working within a supportive team environment. The role will be based on-site 5 days per week. It is a non-term time role, meaning you will have annual leave of 20 days plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Health and Social Care.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Develop and implement curriculum materials tailored to student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Participate in professional development activities to improve teaching practices.

Experience and Qualifications

Required:

• Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification required or above.
• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed).
• Experience in teaching Health and Social Care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
