As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you could be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop their confidence and reach their individual potential.
The role may include:- Providing 1:1 or small-group support
- Helping pupils access the curriculum
- Supporting communication and social development
- Working with pupils with a range of SEN needs
- Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
- Encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour
- Passionate about supporting children
- Patient, caring and empathetic
- Reliable and committed
- Confident working with pupils with additional needs
- Able to build positive relationships with children and staff
- Experienced in education or SEN — although relevant transferable experience is also welcomed
- Bushey and surrounding areas
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
