Job DescriptionVetro are seeking a Teacher to work in a school in Cheshire. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a specialist education environment, supporting young people with additional learning needs. A well-established specialist school, it has a strong, values-led culture, where staff work collaboratively to help pupils thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities- Delivering a structured, adaptive curriculum that supports diverse learning profiles, including Autism (ASC) and communication needs
- Planning and differentiating lessons to make learning accessible, measurable, and motivating for every pupil
- Monitoring progress through effective assessment and reporting, using insights to refine teaching strategies and interventions
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
- Experience teaching pupils with SEND (for example within specialist provision, alternative provision, or inclusive mainstream settings)
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one) and a strong understanding of safeguarding and safer recruitment expectations
