With cutting‑edge facilities and hybrid working on offer, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly capable R&D function working on next‑generation RF systems for satellite, aerospace, marine and opto‑electronic applications.

The Opportunity

As a Senior RF Design Engineer you’ll be driving development across high‑frequency RF and microwave systems (including Ka‑band/mmWave 30GHz+). You’ll take designs from concept through full product lifecycle including modelling, prototyping, validation and delivery into production.

• Strong technical background in RF/Microwave Engineering, ideally with Ka‑band / mmWave / 30GHz+ exposure
• Degree / postgraduate background in Electronics, RF, Microwave or Wireless Communications
• Experience delivering designs from architecture through integration and test
• Familiarity with RF measurement, simulation and test equipment (VNA, spectrum analysis, modelling tools)
