A large privately‑owned multidisciplinary design consultancy is looking for a Structural Engineer for our Watford office. The role is part of a mid‑sized design team where autonomy is valued and each team member has a real impact.

• Lead the design of structural elements for a variety of building types, including light industrial, warehouses, high‑end residential, mixed‑use city‑centre developments, national retail chains, hotel operators, and transport projects.
• Take responsibility for projects and client relationships within the agreed value range of £100,000 to £45m.
• Deliver accurate, compliant, and innovative solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Several years of buildings design experience, preferably across a mix of project types.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural principles and construction details.
• Proactive, flexible, and capable of working across multiple design stages.
• Entitlement to live and work in the UK is required.
