JSS Search is pleased to be partnering with a leading international B2B & B2C brand on the recruitment of a fantastic Divisional CFO opportunity. This CFO role involves building and developing a high‑calibre finance team amidst strong growth expectations, focusing on working‑capital efficiency, year‑on‑year growth, maximising commercial opportunities and developing finance systems and processes. Key experience required includes several years experience within B2B and B2C, partnering supply chain and operations, pricing & margin management, leadership, and governance.

We are looking for a CFO who excels in building teams, growing businesses, cash management, order‑to‑cash cycle, profitability, linking finance with operations and brand for profitable growth while maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders including investors. Experience with in private equity, i.e. managing investors, would be an advantage and ability to travel to meet with stakeholders.

• Build and manage a successful finance team
• High quality monthly financial reporting
• Produce accurate forecasting and budgeting
• Support business decisions that balance growth and margin
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve visibility – operations, supply chain, etc.
• Drive cash flow and cash management excellence without harming growth
• Understand wholesale vs direct to consumer profitability and channel mix
• Manage inventory aging and markdown management
• Manage ROI for marketing investments
• Produce transparent reporting for shareholders and investors
• Anticipate board needs and communicate proactively
