Joining a well‑established and growing accountancy practice, you’ll take ownership of a varied personal tax portfolio while working closely with senior tax leaders.

The opportunity:

you’ll be trusted to manage your own client relationships while playing a key role in advisory work and supporting junior colleagues. The client base is varied and technically interesting, making this an ideal role for someone ready to step confidently into a manager‑level position.

• Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, overseeing compliance and advisory matters
• Preparing and reviewing complex personal, partnership and trust tax returns
• Identifying tax planning opportunities and supporting clients with implementation
• Acting as a main point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships
• Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and supporting their development
• Assisting with HMRC enquiries and compliance checks
• Working collaboratively with colleagues on ad‑hoc advisory projects

• CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• 2+ years post‑qualification experience in personal tax
• Experience gained within a UK personal tax practice
• Strong technical knowledge and a commercial, client‑focused approach
• Confident communicator who enjoys client‑facing work
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff

• Salary up to £65,000
