Senior Finance Business Partner

I’m supporting a key client with a Senior Finance Business Partner opportunity - a genuinely commercial finance role with the ability to add value from day one. This is an interim assignment for an initial 6-month period.

You will play a critical role in driving financial performance, insight, and decision-making, acting as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders. The role is highly visible and business-facing, requiring strong commercial judgement, robust analysis, and the confidence to influence outcomes.

We are looking for proven experience across sales performance, margin management, and pricing, with a clear understanding of how commercial levers drive value and profitability.

• Act as a strategic finance partner to Account Directors, Business Development Managers, and their teams
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis across a defined customer portfolio
• Deliver value creation initiatives through commercial insight, opportunity identification, and financial rigour
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, tools, and ways of working
• Contribute to the design and delivery of projects impacting the end customer
