We are working with a leading residential house builder who is looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant to join their established finance team due to continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accounts professional to secure a stable role within a well-regarded business in the house building and construction sector.

• Processing transactions using double-entry bookkeeping
• Purchase and sales ledger duties
• Bank reconciliations and month-end support
• Producing reports and analysis using Excel
  , including pivot tables
• Assisting with cost reporting across developments
• General finance administration and ad-hoc duties

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
• Strong understanding of double-entry accounting
• Confident Excel user, including pivot tables
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience using COINS accounting software (advantageous but not essential)
• Background within construction, house building, or a related industry
