Financial Analyst

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Group Finance team, supporting the implementation of a major financial planning and consolidation system. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in group reporting, financial systems, and project delivery — with full training provided.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their finance/accounting career who is eager to learn, develop technical skills, and work alongside experienced finance professionals.

As a Financial Analyst, you will support the implementation and ongoing use of a group financial system, working closely with the project team and finance stakeholders. You’ll be involved in data analysis, reconciliations, testing, documentation, and supporting users as the system rolls out across the business.

No prior system implementation experience is required — we will provide all necessary training!

• Support the finance transformation project and system implementation
• Perform data checks, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Assist with system testing and user acceptance activities
• Help maintain documentation, processes, and controls
• Provide support to finance users during rollout and adoption
• Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks and reporting as needed

This role is targeted at early-career Financial Analyst / Accounting professionals
, including:

• Recent graduates in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Individuals currently studying towards professional qualifications (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
• Career starters looking to gain practical experience in a corporate finance environment

Those currently studying relevant certifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• High attention to detail and willingness to train, learn and develop!

No formal work experience is required.
