A well-established and growing Independent Financial Adviser firm near Watford is looking to appoint an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join their expanding team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an Adviser who enjoys building long‑term client relationships and wants to inherit an established portfolio from day one.

• Take over client book of 200 existing clients
• Approx. £40 million AUM to service and develop
• Strong administration & paraplanning support
• Collaborative and supportive team environment
• Hybrid working available after probation
• Long‑term career progression within an independent practice

You’ll be providing holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, and protection while working closely with an experienced support team focused on delivering excellent client outcomes.

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
• Previous experience as an Independent Financial Adviser
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
• Excellent relationship management skills

• 5 Employed Advisers & Support team
