We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) finance team on a 3-month fixed-term contract
.
Reporting to the Head of Operational Finance, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and commercial support across our growing restaurant business.
This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys turning numbers into meaningful business insight. From month‑end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations to forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering, you'll help ensure leaders have the information they need to make confident decisions.
Joining during a busy and exciting period, you'll make an immediate impact while working closely with both finance and operational teams across the business.

- The Grand, York
- Four Points Flex by Sheraton, London Euston
- 3 care homes in Sussex

The RoleYou will:
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Analyse performance against budget and forecast, providing meaningful insight and commentary
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls
- Produce weekly reporting and KPI analysis to support operational decision‑making
- Partner with operational and finance teams to improve performance and reporting accuracy
- Support audits, VAT returns and other periodic finance activities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting efficiency
- Management accounting experience within a multi‑site environment
- Part‑qualified or newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA status (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong understanding of management accounts, reconciliations, controls and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using finance systems
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical capability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to hit the ground running
