Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

An established and diversified international group is seeking a commercially minded Group FP&A Manager to join its high-performing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to play a key role in driving strategic decision-making, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting senior leadership across a multi-entity business. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you will lead the Group’s planning, forecasting and performance analysis processes, providing clear financial insight to support growth and operational excellence.

As Group FP&A Manager, you will:

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across the Group.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and business cases.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packs for executive leadership.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business units to challenge assumptions and improve performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems and reporting capabilities.
• Support cash flow forecasting, scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.
• Assist with board presentations and shareholder reporting.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance or group finance within a complex, multi-entity environment.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience with One Stream is beneficial.
