The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capability, attention to detail and a solid understanding of pension plan operations gained through an in‑house or consultancy role.

They will have a genuine interest in developing their career in retirement and financial wellbeing, combined with a passion for delivering high‑quality service and creating positive outcomes for Team Members.

The role supports both corporate and hotel populations across EMEA and contributes to the effective delivery of Hilton's retirement and financial wellbeing strategy through robust analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
