Are you an experienced St. James’s Place Client Services Administrator looking for a role where you can develop your career, gain professional qualifications, and progress within a growing wealth management practice?
A highly respected St. James’s Place Wealth Management practice near Watford is expanding and is looking to appoint an experienced Client Services Administrator to join its supportive and collaborative team. This newly created role offers genuine long-term career opportunities, with clear progression into Paraplanning, Practice Management, or Financial Advice.
The Role- Providing high-quality client services and administrative support to Financial Advisers.
- Coordinating client review meetings from preparation through to completion.
- Processing new business applications and ongoing servicing requests.
- Maintaining accurate client records, including CFR updates.
- Liaising with clients, providers and advisers to ensure efficient case progression.
- Supporting and sharing knowledge with less experienced members of the team.
- Helping to maintain efficient internal processes and service standards.
- Previous experience working within a St. James’s Place practice (essential).
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a financial services administration role.
- Experience using Salesforce and/or iBusiness.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- RO qualifications are not essential, as full study support will be provided.
- £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary.
- Discretionary annual bonus.
- 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Additional time off over the Christmas period.
- Full study support towards Level 4 Diploma (RO qualifications).
