We’re looking for a Completions Manager who can lead our mortgage completions journey, keeping teams focused, cases moving and customers and brokers at the heart of every decision.

Key Accountabilities- Be responsible for the Mortgage Division completions covering Buy to Let, First Charge Residential Mortgages and Second Charge Mortgages.
- Develop staff and promote self-improvement within the team.
- Attend meetings with the senior management team ensuring accurate estimated figures are provided for the month’s completions.
- Maintain and review all internal process documents ensuring the relevant information is captured for all processes.
- Take ownership of UAT testing requirements of the business, ensuring the operating system functions as required.
- Ensure adequate QA processes are in place and provide quarterly feedback to the Operational Team Manager.
- Conduct Quarterly One-to-Ones with Team Leaders and ensure all training/development needs are met.
- Prepare and deliver 6 monthly/Yearly appraisals.
- Monitor and manage upcoming expiration of documents and offers.
- Maintaining a pipeline of cases, overseeing cases from offer through to completion.
- Update all relevant systems to maintain management information.
- Work closely with the Underwriting Team Leaders.
- Build good relationships with 3rd party suppliers that are integral to the growth for WOSL including brokers and solicitors.
- All work is to be carried out in accordance with Enra Specialist Finance policies and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and manage strong working relationships.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional and helpful manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Pass internal competency tests post induction.
- Excellent Organisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience within the completion’s role at a specialist lender.
- Experienced in managing complaints.
- An understanding of FCA regulation.
- CeMAP (desirable, not essential).
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C (Including Maths and English).
- Flexible.
- Articulate.
- Well organised.
- Robust and comfortable working to deadline and under pressure.
- Approachable and self- motivated.
