An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Senior Finance Manager – Financial Modelling to join a high-profile, market-leading organisation undergoing significant transformation and growth.

This is a highly visible role sitting within a best-in-class finance function, partnering senior stakeholders across Finance and Commercial teams to provide strategic insight, robust financial modelling, and data-driven decision support. The position plays a key role in influencing long-term business planning, scenario analysis, investment decisions, and executive-level reporting.

• Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of complex financial models, including long-range planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis tools.
• Own integrated financial planning models covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key business drivers.
• Deliver strategic analysis and modelling to support business performance, investment decisions, and future growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with Commercial Finance and senior leadership teams to provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
• Develop high-quality reporting packs, presentations, and financial outputs for executive stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Support business planning cycles through robust modelling and data-driven decision support.
• Produce clear and compelling financial insights using data visualisation and storytelling techniques.
• Create documentation and best-practice processes to ensure sustainability and effective knowledge transfer across the finance team.

• We are looking for a qualified finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for financial modelling.
• Significant experience developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build integrated three-statement models from scratch.
• Strong understanding of business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range financial planning.
• Experience partnering senior stakeholders and presenting complex information to non-finance audiences.
• Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to translate data into actionable business insight.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• The confidence to challenge assumptions, influence decision-making, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
