Position: Patient Services Coordinator – GP Practice (4 Sites)
A busy GP practice in Watford is seeking a Medical Receptionist who possesses excellent communication and phone skills. The role involves receiving and directing patients, processing appointment requests, and handling administrative duties. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, is a team player, and has at least a GCSE grade C or above. Previous experience in a GP Practice and knowledge of the Systm One clinical system are preferred, but training will be provided.
