Senior Activity Coordinator
Part‑time (25 hours per week, 9.30 – 3.30) contract at Brunswick Court Care Home, 62 Stratford Road, Watford, WD17 4JB
. Salary £12.90 – £13.90 per hour, depending on experience.

Your role in helping us make health happen: you’ll coordinate, run, plan and support a wide range of activities that enrich the lives of our residents.
- Run morning and afternoon activity sessions, tailoring them to residents’ needs – musical acts, days out, exercise, arts and crafts and more.
- Produce and update the activity planner, working within a set activities budget.
- Encourage and support residents to participate in activities.
- Organise birthday surprises and other personalised events.
- Coordinate all logistics for planned activities, events, performers and days out.
- Liaise with external companies and community performers.
- Assist with breakfast, lunch and dinner duties when required.
- Arrange one‑to‑one sessions khiến residents, such as reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading or tea and chat.
- Update paperwork, care plans, activity notes and manage email correspondence.
- Support the home’s social media channels as required.
You are a creative thinker with plenty of ideas, strong budget‑handling and paperwork skills, and able antes to managing priorities effectively. You are motivated to make a real difference, enjoy([^?)) caring for others, and bring humour and enthusiasm into your work, encouraging community spirit and collaboration with colleagues, local partners and families.
