Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Local Hearing Aid Sale Manager to drive the growth of our hearing aid products within the UKI market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, particularly in hearing aids, and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with audiologists, hearing care professionals, clinics, and hospitals. This role requires a results‑driven individual with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including key players such as Sonova, Demant, WSA, Starkey, and GN
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts, including audiologists, hearing care professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and end‑users.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement localized promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide exceptional after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and professional events to network and promote our products.
Qualifications
  • Majored in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in hearing aids or audiology products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the hearing aid industry and key competitors (e.g., Sonova, Demant, WSA, Starkey, GN).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a field‑based role.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in English.
