Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 7 Senior Rotational Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Pharmacy department, you will play a pivotal role in patient care and contribute to the advancement of clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Education: Educate patients on their medications, ensuring a thorough understanding of usage, potential side effects, and adherence.

Staff Training:
Conduct training sessions for medical and nursing staff to enhance their knowledge of pharmaceutical care and best practices.

Supervision and Training:
Provide guidance and training to junior and pre-registration pharmacists, technicians, and assistants, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

Clinical Audit: Actively participate in clinical audits, contributing to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services.

Policy and Procedure Preparation: Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.

Risk Management: Engage in risk management activities, identifying and mitigating potential risks within the pharmacy department.
