Band 7 - Enhanced Practice Sonographer, Radiology

A full-time Enhanced practice sonographer vacancy has opened to join our ultrasound services across West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals Trust. This role will be cross-site, covering St Albans City Hospital & Hemel Hempstead Hospital & Watford General Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing towards the efficient service delivery of ultrasound services.

• To contribute to the operational duties of the ultrasound departments services across West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals Trust. Including maternity, general, inpatients and acute referrals.
• To be an effective member of the Ultrasound team, promoting the trust values through our workforce.
• Provide a high standard of Sonographer/ultrasound services to radiologists and patients.
• Complete ultrasound examinations to a high standard.
• Supervision of junior staff, international recruits and students through induction and training programmes.
