Position: Assistant Psychologist (Bank)
Make A Difference Everyday We are recruiting for a Assistant Psychologist Bank to join our team. Cassiobury Court is a private residential drug and alcohol rehab located in Richmond Drive, Watford, just 20 minutes from central London. We are part of Step 1 Recovery Group, whose mission is to create the best possible healing environments and staffed by expert professionals in every field of addiction and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Support psychological assessments and interventions under supervision. Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical data. Contribute to service evaluations, audits, and research projects. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. Work collaboratively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals. Provide administrative support to the psychology service as required. Essential Requirements: A degree in Psychology (accredited by the appropriate professional body).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties is desirable. A commitment to confidentiality, equality, and person-centred care.
