Here ans City Hospital (SACH) Theatres we are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic band 6 Scrub Practitioner to join our friendly, professional multi-disciplinary team. We offer rotational opportunities for staff in order for them to develop and/or maintain their skills.

We welcome both Registered Nurses and ODPs alike.

Applicants will need to possess good interpersonal skills in order to work effectively within the existing theatre teams whilst also having the ability to work under their own initiative.

Be responsible for the management and organisation of the operative list and clinical care.

Be responsible for the efficient communication of changes within the operating department to all members of the multidisciplinary theatre team.

Undertake the safe and efficient transfer of patients to other hospitals.

Demonstrate clear leadership qualities in order to perform day to day managerial tasks, including allocation of staff etc.

With a new hospital planned for Watford, work underway to update theatres at St Albans City Hospital and plans for a neighbourhood healthcare centre in Hemel Hempstead, this is an exciting time to join us.
