• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing to successful placement.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Develop creative candidate attraction strategies to secure top talent.

• Sales or Recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or a related sector.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Professional, ambitious, and passionate about client and candidate success.

• 20% commission plus Annual Bonus up to £33,000 in addition to base salary.
