The role

* Full 360 recruitment role within the IT/Data market

* Managing and developing existing client relationships

* Building candidate pipelines and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions

* Gaining exposure to client meetings, fee negotiations, and deal closure

* Increasing desk ownership and commercial responsibility as performance grows

Who we’re looking for

* 12–18 months’ experience in a 360 agency recruitment role (Does not have to be IT)

* An ambitious consultant seeking greater exposure and accelerated development

* Ability to commute to the Watford office

* Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills

* Motivated by performance, earnings, and long-term career progression
