, and we are looking to bring in experienced Recruitment Consultants to strengthen our Industrial and Driving divisions
, covering both temporary and permanent recruitment
.

This is a 360 recruitment role suited to someone who already understands how to build and run a successful desk.

You will be responsible for:

• Growing and managing your own temp and/or perm desk
• Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships
• Placing high-quality candidates into Industrial and Driving roles
• Managing and growing accounts to maximise revenue
• Maintaining strong candidate pipelines and delivery levels
• Consistently hitting and exceeding billing targets

You’ll be given the autonomy to run your desk your way, with full support behind you.

• Proven recruitment experience (temp, perm, or both)
• Strong billing track record or clear evidence of desk growth
• New business focused mindset
• Confident, professional, and commercially driven
• Motivated by high earnings and career progression
• Experience in Industrial and/or Driving recruitment preferred (but not essential)

• Financially stable, independent recruiter
