Senior Resourcer – Construction

Overview

Senior Resourcer – Construction – Join a leading construction recruitment agency/department (customize based on company), specialising in placing top talent across all areas of the construction sector – from site trades and engineers to project managers and directors.

We are looking for a Senior Resourcer to join the team. This is a pivotal role, responsible for sourcing, engaging, and delivering top construction talent to meet client demands. You will work closely with our recruitment team and clients, managing roles end-to-end or supporting high-volume delivery projects.

• Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple construction disciplines
• Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for current and future roles
• Screen, shortlist, and manage candidates through the recruitment process
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide recruitment solutions
• Support recruitment consultants or manage end-to-end delivery of select vacancies
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM/ATS
• Mentor and support junior resource rs where required

• Proven experience as a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant, within construction
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Excellent communication skills with both candidates and clients
• A proactive and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-focused environment
• Knowledge of construction roles and terminology is highly desirable

• Competitive salary £30,000 to £36,000 + Bonus + Benefits

This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time role based in the UK. Applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
