A leading technical recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to support its growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sourcing high-quality candidates across technical sectors such as engineering, manufacturing, and energy.

You’ll be joining a dynamic and supportive team focused on delivering exceptional talent to major clients across the UK and internationally.

• Source and engage high-calibre candidates using job boards, Linked In, CRM systems, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates against specific job briefs.
• Write and manage job adverts across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in line with GDPR and internal compliance.
• Build and manage candidate talent pools, with a focus on hard-to-fill and niche roles.
• Support the delivery team with candidate market mapping and research.
• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience at all times.

• 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment resourcer or delivery role
• Proficiency in Boolean search, Linked In Recruiter, job board databases, and ATS/CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
