Ocado Logistics is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to own ER cases from start to finish across our sites, including grievances, disciplinaries and investigations. You will analyse data trends and work with the People Team to improve employee experience.
The role requires UK employment law knowledge, ER experience in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and discretion.
