Think Specialist Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced, multi-site organisation with its Head Office in Watford. This 12‑month Fixed Term Contract role focuses on employee relations, manager capability and sustainable people solutions rather than reactive case handling.
You will partner with senior leaders, manage complex ER cases from start to finish, and drive initiatives that strengthen management capability and improve HR processes across sites.
