Job Description:

Compliance with our legal and regulatory employment obligations across Europe is critical and central to our HR and business objectives. This role supports our Compliance agenda by providing central oversight and guidance on areas of HR compliance requirements and effective governance. There is a strong focus on right to work and employment of young people and safeguarding.

This role supports the delivery of our compliance agenda through the following activities:

Right to work

• Act as the subject matter expert and escalation point for right to work and sponsorship matters.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to HR teams, people managers and business stakeholders on right to work and sponsorship requirements.
• Monitor immigration legislative changes and assess business impact, ensuring policies, processes and controls are updated accordingly.
