Success Talent is looking for a Recruitment Operations & Compliance Coordinator to become the operational heartbeat of our specialist recruitment agency.
This is much more than an administration role. Youll support our Consultants, Finance team and Directors across recruitment operations, temporary staffing, compliance, marketing and business development.
What youll be doing
- Coordinating permanent and temporary placements from offer through to onboarding.
- Completing Right to Work checks, references, DBS checks and other compliance requirements.
- Issuing temporary-worker documentation and maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.
- Managing timesheets and liaising with candidates, clients, payroll providers and umbrella companies.
- Keeping our recruitment database accurate, organised and GDPR-compliant.
- Supporting diaries, office operations, internal communications and new-starter inductions.
