The desk

This is a full 360 role in FMCG engineering and technical recruitment. Youll inherit live client relationships and an existing market presence and youll have the freedom to grow it however you see fit.

• Running your own 360 desk across FMCG engineering and technical
• Partnering with food production and manufacturing businesses UK-wide
• Sourcing and placing maintenance automation project and technical engineers
• Owning the process end to end qualification through to placement and beyond
• Growing existing accounts and opening new ones
• Building a network that makes you the obvious person to call in this market

Youve recruited before ideally in engineering manufacturing or FMCG though strong technical recruiters from adjacent markets will pick this up fast.
