TJX Companies is a Fortune 100 retailer seeking a proactive analyst to drive quality assurance across our Retail Store platforms. You’ll coordinate testing activities, mentor QA testers, and ensure the delivery of secure, high-performance technology solutions.

• Coordinate creation and execution of test cases from acceptance criteria, ensuring compliance with TJX standards.
• Manage a global test lab strategy in collaboration with our Store Engineering team.
• Collaborate with QA testers, scrum, and runway teams on upstream test planning.
• Support distributed QA testers, handling emergency requests and day‑to‑day testing across manual and automated efforts.
• Help define and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor and report quality metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Champion a culture of quality and accountability across delivery teams.
• Interface with business partners on UAT activities.
• Mentor and train junior QA team members.
• Attend the Watford labs office at least three days a week.

• Several years of product analyst experience within agile teams.
• Experience supporting QA activities across multiple projects or large‑scale initiatives.
• Strong grasp of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and test‑management platforms.
• Passion for mentoring and team development.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
• Preferred experience supporting POS and payment platforms.
