This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑exposure Finance & Analytics function where you will shape insight for senior leaders, work directly with the executive team, and play a central role in how the business uses data to guide strategic decisions. The BI team sits at the centre of the organisation, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights on customer behaviour, financial performance, and growth opportunities. As their data capabilities evolve, they are investing in modern data platforms and improving how data is structured, accessed, and leveraged across the business.

The Role
  • Analyse key business questions, including performance drivers, customer behaviour, financial outcomes, and growth opportunities.
  • Use SQL to extract, transform, and model data from Snowflake and other sources to generate robust insights.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards that translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Work cross‑functionally (product, marketing, operations, and finance) to provide context, align on definitions, and challenge assumptions.
  • Apply financial and commercial understanding to interpret performance, including revenue drivers, cost dynamics, and profitability.
  • Support the development of scalable BI solutions, including data models and dashboards, using tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.
  • Contribute to improving data quality, KPI definitions, and analytical best practices across the organisation.
  • Combine technical analysis with strong business judgement to influence decision‑making at a senior level.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong hands‑on SQL experience working with complex datasets, joins, and transformations.
  • Proven experience in a BI, analytics, or data‑focused role delivering actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of financial and commercial data, including revenue, cost drivers, margins, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to interpret P&L dynamics and link data analysis to financial outcomes and business performance.
  • Experience working with large‑scale data platforms (e.g. Snowflake or similar).
  • Strong data visualisation and dashboarding skills, ideally with Power BI.
  • Understanding of data modelling principles and how to structure data for scalable analytics.
